LACA MISSION & PURPOSE

Lakeshore Association of Condominium Associations, LACA, exists for the mutual benefit of all members by sharing information and providing support. Two goals shall guide all planning and activities:

  • To plan and present meetings that focus on the interests and needs of condominium board members.
  • To encourage all members to share polices, practices, products and procedures that  increase the knowledge, skill and sensitivity in handling associations affairs for the well-being of all co-owners.

MEETINGS & LOCATION

Our Saturday Education mornings consist of with a variety of programs have been well attended and now are in place of our former evening meetings.

Meetings are held at the Community Reformed Church at 10375 Felch St. & 104th Av. in Zeeland, Michigan.

ATTENDENCE

Attendance at LACA meetings is be open to current board members of the member associations. The board of a member association may designate one or more other co-owners (non-board members) to attend a meeting with the provision that total attendance from that association shall not exceed the number of its board members.

We also invite non member boards to attend one meeting to see if their association is interested in joining LACA.
